With enough ice and snow predicted today for schools to close, we planned for a day at home. We made our weekly Kroger trip yesterday. The kids have stayed in pajamas all day, and Colin didn't brush his teeth until after lunch (kinda gross). This morning was spent playing Chuggington on the iPad, coloring, reading books, snuggling in blankets (or blanket capes), fighting over the goggles, and general play in the living room. Now that it's nap time, Colin and I plan to make holiday brownies and put some of the trim around the new floor, while keeping an eye out for enough snow to play in.
Funny! Never a dull moment. I love it!
