This morning we've been making applesauce with some of the bushel full of apples that we picked over the weekend. It's not as hard as I thought it would be, especially with the right tools (thanks Meme).
We made three batches of 12 apples (about 3 lbs) each. Some for the freezer and some to eat.
SO happy to see a post, we miss you! Everyone looks most interested in that good-looking applesauce. :-)
