We've had a new behavior/reward chart in the house for a little over a week now. All three kids are participating. You start on Good Job and can move up or down. If you end the day on green, you get one to three stickers based on how close to Awesome you are. Ten stickers earns a prize. Julia is crushing it so far.
Today we baked our second cake in six days. Colin had Toaster Strudel for breakfast one morning this week as his prize. And today Julia enjoyed a bowl of Frozen Cereal.
The kids seem to be responding well to the chart. We just have to make sure we don't trade good behavior for obesity.
