Work Before Play

We finally got some measurable snow today.  It's only the second day of snow this winter and the first time we've had to shovel.  The kids and I suited up and grabbed our shovels this morning.  It didn't take long with all of the helping hands.

After clearing the driveway, we loaded some sleds in the van to head to the bunny hill for some fun.  Since school was on a normal schedule, we were the only ones there.  Everyone, including Dad, had fun trying out the new sled.  After a while, the chills set in and we headed home for dry clothes and hot chocolate.
