Colin went for a jog with me today. His stats are below. He did pretty good. We only stopped to walk twice for a few seconds and have a drink. This was during the heat of the day, around 86 degrees.
He asked that I post it out on the blog, I guess to preserve this for his future self to read about his accomplishment.
