This morning Colin and I had a dentist appointment. It was for my checkup, but Colin went along to check out the dentist office and schedule his own visit. He had fun and was very inquisitive and entertaining as usual. He opened with an announcement to the receptionist that his name is Colin and this is my dad and then followed up with some of the below.
What is a cavity?
What candy at home will cause cavities?
Look how big I can open my mouth.
I brushed the top, bottom, and both sides.
Mom's favorite song from Cars is Life is a Highway (followed up with a verse).
I have a Thomas spin brush at home. It's not very loud.
He asked about the toothpaste flavors they have and said he would get chocolate.
At the end of my appointment, he got to take a ride in the dentist chair and pick out a prize for being so good. His first checkup is in 2 weeks.
Colin is so friendly and funny. Let's hope he opens wide for them in two weeks!
