We braved the cold on the second day of spring to head to the Hilliard library today. The van said 22 degrees and there was even a quarter inch of snow in the library parking lot to walk through.
Colin decided he wanted to go to storytime today. He usually wants to play on the computer or train table instead. The girls sat nicely most of storytime. Colin was a little shy at the start, but after I nudged him towards the kids up front, he joined right in.
The librarian from last time remembered us and asked Colin if he wanted to put his name on a butterfly this time for the wall. He then asked her for a sticker. She said how well he speaks for his age and what good manners he has. Now we just need him to exhibit some of those manners at home.
Looks like Julia found a book she likes (the taste of)!
