Zoo Day

We took Grandma and Grandpa to the zoo this morning.  We spent most of our time in the Heart of Africa.  The kids started off sitting in the airplane and listening to what 10,000 termites sounds like.

They also got a chance to feed the giraffes.

 

Then we saw a cheetah chasing a ball at about 50 MPH.  After Africa, it was off to the Polar Frontier to play and eat our picnic lunch. 

Lunch was followed with some Dippin' Dots before we had to take Colin to school.
