First Slider

I don't think there is an official page in any baby book for this (although maybe there should be). Last Thursday the kids all had the pleasure of their first trip to White Castle.

Full disclosure...Colin has actually had a slider before while at a concert in the park that had someone handing them out.

The kids all earned a coupon through the summer reading program for a free "my size meal" which was a slider, milk, and fries or applesauce. So we figured what the heck. Colin supplemented his meal with an additional slider.

I don't think anyone would put this at the top of their hamburger list. The service was slow, and even though we ordered four sliders with no onions or pickles, they all had some onion remnants that I heard about. Plus Colin found a pickle on one of his. I tried to explain that the onion is what make them so good, but my reasoning fell on deaf ears.  On the plus side, the veggie slider is not too shabby.
