The first day back to school was put on hold due to cold weather. We'll see if they cancel again tomorrow.
This morning we played in the basement (Wii, hot wheels, stompers and books). The girls are getting into the hot wheel track and Julia can even pull back the launcher and launch the cars.
Colin also worked on a new Lego set that he earned and finished it just before lunch. I asked him to make his bed after lunch and said he could leave his pajamas on, but he came down the stairs dressed and said "this is my handsomest shirt I could find in my closet".
Time for some chores and more playing while Julia and Caroline nap. Swim lessons are still on for tonight. I hate to miss the first one of this session, but I don't think I would be a very good parent to take Colin out in -35 wind chills to go swimming.
So happy to see a post! Colin now has two cement mixers and where will you hide the candy?
