We are doing some early Valentines celebrating this year. Tomorrow we will be driving to Indianapolis for the day to visit Maggie's college friend Amber and meet little Mason. Colin had his school party today. He brought home a bag full of loot. I think Julia was more excited than Colin to see what was inside.
After going through Colin's goodies, we opened a few things from Grandma and Grandpa. The girls got Dumbo and a Dalmatian, along with the accompanying stories. Colin got a new Jake and the Neverland Pirates CD book.
This is in addition to the books and other goodies from Meme and Pop Pop that the kids opened on Sunday. Maggie is picking up dinner and we're making fondue for desert. Then a few Valentine's gifts for the kids from mom and dad after dinner. Can you feel the love? Tomorrow will just be a normal old day for us, with 5 hours of driving of course.
